Hourly Rates

I offer my services on a ‘Pay As You Go’ option and charge £23.00 per hour with a minimum 1-hour charge.

Minuting meetings will be charged on an hourly basis and travel to and from the site location and the write up of minutes will be added.

Audio transcription is charged at £1.10 per audio minute (1-2 speakers). There would be a higher charge for additional speakers/and or poor quality. Please note that this price is based on an intelligent verbatim transcript.

Retainers

If you require support for several hours a week or a month, you may wish to consider the option of a retainer.

A retainer will ensure that X number of hours are reserved for you on a weekly/monthly basis.

Please note that retainer packages must be paid for in advance and any unused hours will not be carried over. Retainers will be frequently reviewed to ensure that the hours retained are in line with the client’s needs.
